Delivery, Returns, Lost shipments
All purchases are sent via Royal Mail and may require a signature on delivery. All orders made before 1pm are sent same day and after 1pm on the next working day. Delivery takes 1-2 days depending on your location. Items are only sent on working days so if you order late on Friday or over the weekend they will be sent on the following Monday.
You may return any goods purchased from Ace Vapes for a full refund at any point within 14 days of your original purchase. If returning items for reasons other than malfunction or damage the item must be unopened and in its original packaging.
